DESCRIPTION
The ortoqueratológico treatment sees beneficiary when the optometrista is helped of the suitable tools to carry out its work.
With the arrival of the personal computer, this work is seen widely reinforced with the use of calculation programs that operate all the capacities of these equipment.
Unfortunately, many products do not exist that can give support to the optometristas.
Nevertheless, after more than ten years of arduous work, the Dr Francisco Codina Galindo developed along with sanctioned engineers in computacionales systems a program of quite novel calculation that between his characteristics he includes:
* Handling of a base of data of the patients.
* Registry of its medical cards, in which it is registered
the passage of the treatment.
* Automatic generation of recommendations for the lenses of
the patients.
* Reports.
The system is highly configurable, because it allows him to register different types from eyelids, eyes, lenses, etc. In addition, for each patient register its general performances and in each consultation information relative to the evolution keeps from the treatment, like the visual sharpness, sphere and cylinder (refraction); the transformation of the horizontal and vertical axes (queratometría), and the radius, diameter and index CPP of the cornea and automatically are generated the parameters of the used contact lenses for the ortoqueratología.
It is included manual of user in Spanish. Also a manual of ortoqueratología is given.
